2. If we have initiated the project but not completed it: If the project is canceled after we have begun working on it but before completion, a percentage of the service fee will be refunded. This percentage will be calculated based on the amount of work already completed.

3. If we have finished the project, but you are not satisfied: If you are not pleased with the results after project completion, a percentage of the service fee will be refunded. This percentage will be determined based on the degree of dissatisfaction and the underlying reasons.

4. Non-refundable deposit: Any non-refundable deposit made to us will not be refunded under any circumstances. Here are some examples of non-refundable deposits in different situations, Such as staff fees for website designers, social media professionals, video editors, content writers, etc. It may also include buying software, plugins, apps, services, etc used in the project.
